Call for Meditation

It is a very important time in the world right now, lots happening. I feel that it is important for all “Joel” students to add extra meditations just for the world. Whether you are an experienced student or new to this message, please remember how important each and every one of us is to the universe. Recognizing our Godhood and that of our brothers and sisters is critical to our planet’s survival. Please take a few extra breaks throughout the day to pause just to connect with Spirit, to know who you are and that same truth for all around you, man, animal, plant, mineral. It does not take long. As Joel teaches, short, frequent meditations are better than the long. Both of course, come as you are personally led.

Also, if you are not familiar with the Hawaiian custom, practice and philosophy of Ho’opono, please treat yourself to this wonderful forgiveness prayer and include it as a contemplative to begin meditation.
