An excellent lecture on the human condition which may help students on our path. Manly Hall is an valuable resource for us as background and history. He is a sincere teacher of wisdom. Joel makes many metaphysical references which may be puzzling to today’s students. I feel that Hall helps give depth and background. Joel knew Manly Hall. They were colleagues during the decades of metaphysical awakening in the West in the early 20th Century. Both Hall and Joel lived in Hollywood in the late 1940’s in Los Angeles, both were Masons and both understood enlightenment.
